The Gyuto knife 18 cm Tojiro DP Pro is a general purpose knife that most chefs would say they could not do without.

With a VG10 steel cutting core and and 420J stainless steel, a stain resistant cobalt alloy steel clad, Tojiro DP Pro knives are super sharp at 60+/-1 HRC Rockwell and hold their edge for a long period of time.
Eco wood treatment is a non toxic wood stain which offers wood a high end aged look. The eco wood (composite wood), western grip handle has been tried and tested and will last for the life of the knife.
Three rivets offer additional security to the knife.
Tojiro DP Pro knives are full tang and have a bolster (Tsuba) which adds extra equivalence and weight.
