High grits ≠1000/≠3000 whetstone.

The TOJIRO sharpening stone ≠1000/≠300 sharpening stone is ideal for sharpening even the hardest steels (VG10, SGPS, forged steels, R-2).
The 1000 grit is suitable for the re-setting the fold on a knife.
The 3000-side gets your knife really sharp.
It comes with a handy base that has non-slip feet.
It lifts the stone a little so your knuckles won’t graze the surface you are working on.

Using Instructions:

1.  Soak the stone in the water for 5-10 minutes, and then put it on a steady platform.

2.  ≠1000 coarse-medium grit, used to repair the dull edge.

Hold the knife at an angle of 10° - 20°, depending on the knife's angle and grind the edge on the surface of the stone back and forth with gentle pressure. Keep sharpening it until the edge is sharp enough.
After sharpening the tool, it needs to be honed with coarse grinding after a month. It also depends on the specific situation.

3.  ≠3000 grit is for the fine grinding, a necessary step to eliminate burrs of the edge.

Use gentle pressure and repair the edge smoothly and keenly.

4.  Wipe it with wet cloth or rinse it with water after sharpening the tool, and then dry it. Clean the stone surface with a soft brush and put it in the air to make it dry.

Generally speaking, use it once a month to keep your blade sharp.
