Global knives have a long-lasting sharp blade made of special blade steel, the Cromova 18 stainless steel.
This is ice hardened to 58 Rockwell. After hardening, the knife blade is given a particularly sharp cut by hand by Japanese masters. The perfect and long-lasting sharpness is only possible by hand grinding.
The global blade steel Cromova 18 is hard, flexible and tough at the same time. The blade is protected from rust and, unlike most knife blades, is insensitive to acids and alkalis. 

The Global knives from the G series are very convincing due to their low weight and perfect balance. This makes it comfortable and safe to hold and easy to guide. The seamless processing ensures optimal hygiene.
This knife is sharpened on both sides and is suitable for both right and left-handers.
